Introduction

Coiled filament consists of two or more spiral helical filaments. The first layer leptospira is that a vice tungsten wire spiral around the main tungsten wire. Because Ⅳ coiled filament has more a spiral than Ⅲ one, greatly increasing the amount of storage of electronic powder and contact area of the filament and electronic powder while heating, so that electronic powder is heated evenly to activate cathode easily, improving fluorescent quality and extending lamp life time.

Characteristic

Incandescent lamp gives out light by high temperature through electrifying resistance wire, heliciform structure is conducive to assembling heat. It needs a larger resistor to ensure the light gives out light at power rating, heliciform structure can increase its resistance.
1. Increase resistance. R=K×L/S. The longer the filament, the better. However, due to the limited internal volume of the lamp, if it is straight, it needs more stent.
2. Incandescent lamp gives light mainly through high temperature. Forming a helical filament can gather heat, improving the energy conversion rate.
3. Under high temperature for a long time, the filament is relatively fragile. Spiral shape can provide a cushion to filament.
