Pure Tungsten Manufacturing Process

Pure tungsten manufacturing process mainly as follows: reduction of ammonium paratungstate - powder - pressure - sintering - bar, billet - forging, hot rolling, spinning - deep processing - finished products. Ammonium paratungstate (APT) would be reducted to powder. For the first time to molding, different tungsten blanks and tungsten products by sintering process, this is a very important part. In other words, one of the major steps for tungsten products is the first step - sintering. And then the product would be obtained by different processing methods for different sintered blank, blank, slabs and tube, where the blank is stretched to obtain various bars, then these bars are stretched to wire. Plates would be obtained through hot rolling, cold rolling and foil rolling of slab. Tubing can be obtained by rolling or spinning, which is part of the tubing process. All kinds of work materials would be made into final products through the depth of processing. Pure tungsten products are preferred by customers for its high density, high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance, high wear resistance, high hardness, and low thermal expansion. Pure tungsten products include tungsten electrode,tungsten wire,tungsten contact, tungsten heater,tungsten filament,tungsten crucible.
