Tungsten ejecting needles are made of high-purity tungsten powder pressed into a tungsten rod, and then ground by precision equipment. It has high hardness, strength, wear resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance and is mainly applied to LED chip sorting machine and semiconductor IC die bonding for assembly process.
