This process modifies the microcrystalline structure and, combined with wire drawing, twisting, and forming processes, significantly improves high-temperature stability. It effectively solves sagging and brittle fracture issues of conventional tungsten heaters, and is widely used in vacuum evaporation, coating, and high-temperature heating processes.

Internal potassium bubble chains inhibit grain boundary sliding. During recrystallization, a columnar overlapping grain structure is formed, enabling the heater to maintain geometric stability above 2000°C.
