CTIA's Tungsten Heater in High Temperature Sintering
CTIA’s tungsten heater is a high-temperature resistive heater fabricated from high-purity tungsten wire or doped tungsten wire through precision stranding, coiling, forming, and vacuum high-temperature setting processes. The tungsten heating component is used in vacuum furnaces and controlled atmosphere furnaces to provide a stable thermal field for the densification of metal powders, ceramic materials, and refractory alloys. It finds extensive use in cemented carbide sintering, advanced ceramic processing, nuclear material components, and high-performance magnetic material heat treatment.
High temperature sintering requires high temperature capability, uniform thermal distribution, and long-term operational stability. CTIA’s tungsten heater offers the following advantages:
