What is a Tungsten Wire Heater?
A tungsten wire heater refers to a tungsten heating element made of tungsten wire. It represents the most basic and original structural form of a tungsten heater and is also known as a tungsten evaporation wire or tungsten filament heater in some cases.
With a melting point of approximately 3422°C, tungsten wire heaters can operate stably under high-temperature conditions. In vacuum environments, the operating temperature can reach above 2000°C, making them suitable for demanding high-temperature and vacuum applications.
