Single arch tungsten heater, referred to as single peak tungsten heater, is the most frequently utilized resistance evaporation heating source in vacuum thermal evaporation coating equipment. Manufactured from high-purity tungsten wire or potassium-doped tungsten wire, tungsten heater features a central raised single-arch structure formed through multi-strand twisting and precision shaping processes. The configuration creates a stable heat concentration zone in the heating area to carry or hang deposition materials such as aluminum, gold, silver, and chromium, thereby achieving stable evaporation and uniform thin-film deposition.
