CTIA’s tungsten heater is an evaporation heating element used in decorative vacuum metallization processes to heat and vaporize metals such as aluminum, silver, gold, copper, and chromium. The tungsten heating element is fabricated from high purity tungsten wire through precision stranding, coiling, forming, and surface purification, offering excellent high temperature stability and evaporation adaptability.
