CTIA’s tungsten heater is a high-purity thermal source used in ultra-high vacuum evaporation equipment to heat high purity material such as metals or semiconductor materials, enabling low-contamination and high-cleanliness thin film deposition. The tungsten heater is fabricated from high-purity tungsten wire through precision stranding, coiling, forming, and multi-stage surface chemical purification processes.

A high melting point of about 3410°C ensures structural stability under high temperatures, maintaining a uniform thermal field. Surface condition optimization also improves wettability and adhesion of molten materials, enabling more stable evaporation and better deposition consistency.
