What is Tungsten Twisted Wire Heater?
Tungsten twisted wire heater is a resistive heating element further processed from stranded tungsten wire. Compared with tungsten wire heaters, tungsten twisted wire heater offers better creep resistance and structural stability in high-temperature environments. During long-term operation or repeated heating and cooling cycles, it is less prone to deformation or fracture, making it more suitable for continuous operation conditions. Its working temperature can typically reach above 2000°C, depending on the vacuum or inert gas environment and structural design.
